Co-Founder & Property Operations
Alex
Alex brings over 25 years of experience in customer service and real estate. Alongside Jessie, he has spent many years investing in and managing properties, understanding firsthand the trust homeowners place in those caring for their homes. He oversees operations across every property, coordinating inspections, maintenance, and vendor management to keep each home in good shape. He knows that good property management comes down to responsiveness, accountability, and genuine care for both the home and the people staying in it.

Jessie
Jessie is a licensed Real Estate Professional with more than 25 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. Together with Alex and the A&J team, she has helped manage over 4,500 bookings throughout The Villages. She knows every owner has different goals, from maximizing occupancy to protecting long-term property value. She builds the systems that make the experience smoother and more transparent, because handing someone the keys to your home is a responsibility A&J takes seriously.
Operations & Guest Services
Laura
Laura manages day-to-day operations and guest communications, ensuring every property runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. She is a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay, handling questions, requests, and coordination with care and responsiveness. Working alongside Alex, Jessie, and the rest of the A&J team, Laura helps keep every reservation on track, from pre-arrival preparation through departure. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are what make a stay in The Villages feel looked after.

Stacy
Stacy oversees day-to-day operations and helps manage owner relationships across the AJ Home Rentals portfolio. She's often the friendly voice on the phone and the person keeping every reservation, account, and request organized and on track. Working closely with Alex, Jessie, and the rest of the team, Stacy keeps communication flowing between homeowners, guests, and vendors. Her warmth and attention to detail help the office run smoothly so everyone else can focus on caring for homes and the people who stay in them.

What an absolute treasure tucked away in the Eastport area of The Villages! We booked at the last minute and late at night, while evacuating a hurricane from the Florida Panhandle, and our host swiftly accommodated us within an hour. The home was beautifully appointed, thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The location was fantastic and made exploring The Villages effortless. Our host was incredibly responsive, even answering a late-night question that I could have avoided by reading the instructions more carefully! After six stressful hours of bumper-to-bumper evacuation traffic, this peaceful little retreat was exactly what we needed. Every detail made us feel welcomed and at ease. We would happily stay here again. An exceptional experience from start to finish!
